The best thing I have found in this software is e-mail function & quick retrieval of contacts. We are using eSecretary to send & track our correspondence. The correspondence are mainly Quotations which can be easily tracked with the simplicity provided by eSecretary.

We are using the simplified merge facility to send mails to send emails to various identified user groups, we are generally sending company profiles and product related details. During daily dispatch,  the Label printing of Contact information is made very, very easy by eSecretary, it takes only few clicks.

Its very beneficial for me, its really good software.

As we are a chartered accounting firm segregation of various softcopy documents are very important. eSecretary provides a very good feature for classification of softcopy documents / files / correspondence.  Mostly we prefer to manage Balance Sheets in Microsoft Excel against a Contact in eSecretary, it makes retrieval very easy. 

Also various other official documents related to clientele is stored and tracked in eSecretary.
