The best thing I have found in this software is e-mail function & quick retrieval of contacts. We are using eSecretary to send & track our correspondence. The correspondence are mainly Quotations which can be easily tracked with the simplicity provided by eSecretary.

We are using the simplified merge facility to send emails to various identified user groups. We are generally sending company profiles and product related details. During daily dispatch,  the Label printing of Contact information is made very. very easy by eSecretary. It takes only few clicks.
